HydroPower Performance Engineering Inc. is dedicated to providing trusted, reliable and timely engineering consultation and services in the hydro-electric power domain. We aim to provide the highest accuracy results using precision instruments to assure that the results delivered for any test scenario are the best in the world. We promise to deliver all test results and reports before leaving the test site with complete assurances that all information and data presented is accurate and complete.

Executives

Albert Mikhail, P.Eng. is the founder of HydroPower Performance Engineering Inc. as well as the Senior Engineer. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the hydro-electric power sector and has performed over 200 efficiency tests using various methodologies, many of which he developed himself. He has been extensively involved in developing the testing methods for the International Water Sharing Agreement between Canada and the United States at Niagara Falls and is regarded as a leader in the field of hydro-electric turbine testing.
